INGREDIENTS:

Bread . 10slice
Milk ... 1 liter
Khoya kg
Sugar .. 1 cup
Pistachio (chopped) for garnish
Almonds (chopped) for garnish
Oil ... for deep-frying


METHOD:

Cut the slices to half pieces. Deep-fry all pieces up to light golden color.
Take milk in a bowl. Mix khoya & sugar into it to make paste. Place fried pieces in a long dish. Pour milk paste on slices as they all are covered. Garnish with chopped pistachio & almonds.
Shahi tukray are ready to eat.
