Masala Bhari Bhindi

INGREDIENTS:

Bhindi 1/2 kg
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Cumin powder (Zeera) 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder (haldi) 1 tsp
Dried mango powder 2 tbsp
Sliced onion 2 nos (medium)
Oil
Salt to taste


METHOD:

Clean, wash and wipe the Bhindi dry and remove from both ends, slit from one side and keep aside
Mix red chili powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, turmeric powder and salt
Stuff the Bhindi with the above masala and keep the left over stuffing masala
Heat oil in a pan add sliced onions and cook for half a minute add stuffed Bhindi cook covered on a slow flame stir
occasionally
Add rest of the dry masala when Bhindi is almost cook
Cook covered on a slow flame till Bhindi is fully cook and tender
Bhindi is now ready to serve
Note- Ensure that you do not add any water to this vegetable
