Flambeed Lentil

  • 1 cup. lentil (moong dal)
  • 1 tbs. Unique Red Chilli Garlic Chutney
  • 1 tsp. Cumin (zeera)
  • 4-6 bay leaves (small)
  • tsp. tumeric powder
  • 1 tbs. oil.
  • salt to taste
Method: Boil Lentils till tender. Add salt and Tumeric. In HOT oil put Unique Red Chilli Garlic Chutney, cumin, bay leaves and flambae, over lentil.
