Lemon Juice: 1 lemon
Salt: 1 tsp.(teaspoon) or to taste.
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp.(teaspoon)
Oil: 5 tbsp.(tablespoon)
Garlic powder:1 tsp.
Ginger powder: 1 tsp.
Garam masala (All Spice): 1 tsp.
Coriander (Cilantro) powder: 1
Crushed red pepper:1 tsp.
Roasted Cumin: 1 tsp.
Yogurt: 3 tbsp.
Parsley and lemon wedges for garnish.
Sprinkle the shrimp with lemon juice and salt.
the remainder ingredients except 4 tbsp. of oil.
Mix with the shrimp and refrigerate for 1 hour
Pre-heat oven to 450
Spread shrimp on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 5-6 minutes.
Remove, garnish with parsley and lemon
wedges and serve immediately.
