Ingredients :


 

1/2 kilo Mince meat
1 tsp Ginger paste .
1 tsp Garlic paste.
1 tsp Salt. |
1 tsp Mixed spices (garam massala).
2 tsp Chili powder.
1/2 tbs Papaya.

tsp Poppyseed.
1 tsp Gram.
1 tsp Dhania (whole).
1 tsp Cumin (whole).
 

Method :

Mix all the above ingredients in mincemeat and keep it for 1/2 an hour. Give it the shape of typical Seekh Kebabs and fry it in four tbs of oil. They should come out a nice brown. After dumm of coal, they are ready to be served hot.
